Why did the American Revolution succeed, while the French Revolution collapsed into an orgy of political violence? That’s the question I tackle at Grove City College’s annual political conference. In my talk, “Reason, Revelation, and Revolution,” I explore how colonial Americans combined the faculty of REASON with Biblical REVELATION to launch the most successful democratic REVOLUTION in world history.
